As the owners of the apartment have spent years as ex-pats in different countries and know first handedly how important the living situation is for a successful and unforgettable stay abroad.
They also know how difficult it is to find care-free accommodation, that offers all the peace of mind you want from a fully equipped apartment.
There are hardly any apartments tailored for Ex-pats on the market, so they decided to create their own. The idea was to create a home away from home, a complete solution so the tenant only need to bring their personal belongings.
Getting settled as Ex-Pats should be easy
Long-term-stays require extensive administration as it is. Getting sorted on a new location can be tedious and difficult. You shouldn’t have to worry about basic living requirement, let alone decorate an entire apartment.
Hotels doesn't work for longer stays
A hotel is a convenient solution, where all your needs are taken care of – for a brief period of time that is.
On the long run however, the rooms soon feel cramped and offer limited options for a functional home-office or to prepare a simple meal to enjoy in front of the TV.
Fully furnished not always fully furnished
Whereas many apartments come «fully furnished», the term is often used loosely.
What about towels and linen? Can you actually prepare meals in the kitchen? Is it comfortable enough to invite friends over? Often the answer is no to these questions.
